Duties and Responsibilities:
External Customers
- Deliver a high level of customer service
- Interact, respond and follow up with customers on a daily basis
- Promptly respond to all inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner
- Sell a diversified line of products via phone, fax, email and over-the-counter
- Utilize the computer system to look up the correct parts for repairs
- Process customer orders through the computer system
- Ensure customers parts orders are accurately filled
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty policy information to customers
Internal Customers
- Work closely with our Technicians at providing part estimates in a timely fashion
- Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
- Work effectively as part of the team
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a well-rounded knowledge of products sold
Applicants must possess the following Qualities:
- Automotive / Motorsports dealership experience preferred
- 1 year experience as a Motorcycle Parts Advisor Preferred
- A team player
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
- Strong organizational skills and detail oriented
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
Compensation:
- Salary: Competitive hourly wage mixed with commission... Based on previous experience
