I was in the shop checking out helmets and when I left, my bike would not start. I spoke to the nice young lady at the service counter and asked for assistance. On very short notice she had a technician look at the bike and access that it required a new battery. This was taken care of right away, in spite of it being smack dab in the middle of riding season, a beautiful July day. Thanks Brittany and her colleagues for the great service! I will be back for my annual service. Cheers.

Took my bike in for a recall. From dropping the bike off to pick up, top quality service. I didn't recognize my bike, it was so clean and they filled the tank. Not hard, but means a lot, service companies could learn a thing or two from Carter Motorsports.

I wanted to say 'thank you' for helping to make our client, David, very comfortable and stress-free regarding his first bike purchase today.As you know, buying a first bike can be often stressful and depending on whom you are being helped by in terms of sales person, can be a little overwhelming. On that note, Adam was very helpful as well and is obviously happy and willing to take that 'extra' step in order to make his client feel relaxed and confident in his/her decision. Also, allowing David the time needed to demo both bikes went a long way in aiding his decision process. I bought an older Gold Wing from Carter Motorsports in January of 2016, sight unseen and almost on a whim.On pick up of the motorcycle I found the condition to be exactly as described over email exchanges. We had planned to buy a Kawasaki bike in Burnaby. Before we went there we decided to drop by Carter Motorsports. Adam gave us a very comfortable and enjoyable shopping experience. He is warm, polite, patient and did not push. He answered all our questions and concerns with his professional knowledge, such as styles, performance, mechanics, ride-ability, maintenance, and much more. When we made the decision, he took care of all details. In fact the whole crew of this Honda dealer are excellent, we bought not only our dream bike, but also full set of riding gear. I had a flat front tire on my motorcycle. Aaron and Brittany dropped their busy schedule to help me. Brittany did a thorough inspection and found the leak. They scheduled me in and had my tire repaired. Thank you for your outstanding service and commitment.

The service I received was excellent. Response, helpful, and provided all the information I needed. As a result I came by the store and enjoyed even better service. Vinh Luu helped us buy a couple of helmets and there is likely a bike purchase in the near future........

The response from the web greeter and the dealership was great. I actually wound up buying a bike, and I wanted to let you know how impressed I was with Kristen and the whole staff at Carter. They made the process totally pleasurable, and Kristen was especially great to work with. Vinh and one of the other service guys were great at helping me select helmets and look at jacket options, and Terita behind the parts desk close to the helmet display was also very helpful and ordered in a helmet for me.
It was a great experience overall, and I will recommend Kristen and Carter Motorsports to anyone looking to buy a bike in the future. Thanks.

I must tell you that I've been to the service department at Carter Honda for my motorbike twice this year and I've been blown away both times by the service. Aaron, who I dealt with over the phone and in person was exceptional at getting back to me when he said he would and being incredibly helpful.
You've built quite the culture there and you should be very proud of the team. I'll be back for all my needs

As a female looking for a scooter, I wasn't sure what sort of experience I would have at a motorcycle shop.
I was approached by a salesperson named Thor who made me feel completely comfortable. He showed me the ins and out of the 2014 Giorno model and I decided to buy it based on what I felt was a good deal.
Thor went above and beyond by offering to deliver the scooter to me on the back of his truck a few days later. I was pretty happy about this since my first riding experience was in my neighbourhood rather in the busy Granville Island/3rd Ave area where the dealership is located. A couple of weeks later I returned to the dealership to pick up a windshield that I'd ordered and he installed it for me free of charge.
A great experience and really great folks at Carter Motorsports.
